About Us
Being ‘pet-friendly’ means catering to the individual and distinct needs of dogs and cats. We want your pet to feel comfortable and at ease throughout their time with us.
We have two waiting rooms, two consultation rooms and two recovery rooms, all separate, for dogs and cats.
The consultation rooms have a calm atmosphere and the animals are free to explore their surroundings at their own pace, for as long as they need. We minimise stress for the animals during their recovery period by providing spacious and comfortable recovery cages, tailored to each species. We have done away with bars, and our cages are made of perforated glass, with good ventilation and temperature control.
Reducing stress promotes a faster clinical recovery and a marked improvement in animal wellbeing. We believe that looking after our animals’ emotional wellbeing is just as important as looking after their physical health.
We are well aware that visits to the vet can be a real source of stress for both owners and animals! We strive to make visits to Animavet as stress-free as possible, and this also involves handling the animals correctly. This concern for animal welfare is shared by every member of our team, who undergo continuous training with a particular focus on stress-free handling techniques.
In this way, we are able to build relationships of trust not only with the owners, but also with the animals who visit us.
